You can delete your PinotQR account if you no longer need it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes everything associated with it:

• All of your e-labels and their QR codes (printed QR codes will stop working when scanned)
• Your invoices and billing data
• All other account data

This can’t be undone, so make sure you no longer need any of your labels first.

How to request it

Account deletion is handled by our team. On the Account details page, under Manage account, you’ll find the Delete account option with instructions to contact our support team to arrange it.
