What's the difference between non-vintage and multi-vintage?

Both describe wines not tied to a single year — here's when to use each.

When you set a wine’s vintage, you can pick a specific year, or choose Non-vintage or Multi-vintage:

  • Non-vintage — the wine isn’t attributed to a single production year.
  • Multi-vintage — the wine is a blend of grapes or wines from more than one year.

Choose whichever describes your wine; otherwise just select the production year.
